At First UCC Milford, we believe it’s never too early to share the love of God with one another. Our nursery provides a safe, nurturing space where infants and toddlers are cared for so that parents can participate fully in the life of the church.
From September through June, nursery care is available on Sundays from 9:45–11:00 am, staffed by a trained nursery attendant and caring volunteers. This time allows parents to serve in ministries such as Sunday School, choir, or hospitality, or to simply engage more deeply in worship and educational events.
The nursery is located on the first floor of the church. If you enter through the riverside entrance, it’s the first door on your left. From the Meetinghouse, head to the back of the church and into the Narthex (entryway); an usher will be happy to guide you to the staircases that lead to the first floor.
Childcare is also provided during worship in the summer months and, whenever possible, during special services and events. We are committed to making sure every family feels supported and welcomed.
