Spiritual Formation & Growth: A Bible and Spiritual Practice Study, Mondays 7:30-8:30 PM, April 22, 29;May 6, 20
Classroom A (Lower Level) Come to these four sessions to connect with others curious about six traditions of Christian spiritual life! Rev. Adam will facilitate these sessions on the holiness, contemplative, incarnational, charismatic, social justice, and evangelical traditions, and how God calls us to participate on A Spiritual Formation Workbook: Small-Group Resources for Nurturing Christian Growth by James B. Smith and Lynda Graybeal, available at a subsidized $5 from the church or the first six people who inquire about it (online it cost $11-$16).

First Church 101, Tuesday, April 23 6:30-8:15 PM, Parlor
First church 101 is an opportunity for you to learn more about the church's history, faith traditions, ministries and reliance on its members to discern its direction as the body of Christ. Rev. Adam facilitates this session, which also helps you to connect with the community. Sign up in Fellowship Hall or by emailing revadam@firstchurchofmilford.org. Pizza dinner is provided as well as chikdcare if askjed for in advance.

Young Families Coffee & Chat Sunday
Join us for a coffee and chat on April 28th at 9 AM in the Nursery. All families welcomed, but especially those with youth 4 years old and younger. Please let Kelsey know if you have any questions or are planning to attend. 

Trip to The Mark Twain House & Harriet Beecher Stowe Center, Monday, May 6
Join Rev. Ashley on an Adventure. We will visit each site with a scheduled, guided tour and enjoy lunch together. Additional driver needed if more than 6 intrested in attending. Sign ups have begun. Limited space, so dont wait. 9:00 AM leave time and expected return time of 5:00 PM. $30 to be paid to First UCC for museum tickets. Bring money for lunch. 

Blessing of the Animals, Wednesday May 15th, 6:30 PM, Back Plymouth Lawn 
All creatures great and small are welcome to be blessed by the church! Bring your pet(s) or a picture of them, and after a song and a couple of prayers, church leaders will offer a blessing for each animal. Refreshments to follow. Rain date: Thursday May 16, 6:30 PM
