E-Herald Update (Pre-Thanksgiving 2017)

Pre-Thanksgiving 2017 Edition (Nov. 15)

Highlighted Events
Saturday, November 18th, 4:00 PM, Sanctuary--The German Lutheran music tradition of the Reformation inspires this concert that includes the Meetinghouse Chorale and Orchestra performing excerpts from Bach's B Minor Mass and the 4th movement of Brahm's German Requiem. All proceeds go toward the church's music ministry.

Please join us in Fellowship Hall at 12:30 pm this Sunday, November 19, for a potluck Thanksgiving meal. Bring your favorite holiday side or dessert. Turkeys will be provided. Please call the church office or Dave Weaver (203-736-7494) by noon on Friday, November 17 if you plan to attend. We had a VERY full house last year, so we need to be sure we can accommodate all who wish to participate.

Tuesday, November 21st, 7:00 PM, St. Mary Catholic Church (Gulf Street)--
Join with other people of faith in giving God thanks for life and blessings. First UCC's Dan Brownell and Kelsey Gamble as well as several choir members will help lead worship.
